In the Fourth Hunan Youth Culture Festival, HNUST students made remarkable achievements in painting, music, literature, photography, folk art forms, recitation, etc., capturing 52 awards, including 2 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 17 bronze medals, and dozens of Awards of Excellence. Yi Na and Yuan Yiwen from the School of Arts won gold medals in vocal group and instrumental music group respectively. Besides, the Youth League Committee of HNUST won the Excellent Organization Award, and Shi Zheng and Liu Xi, two teachers, won the title of the Best Advisor.
It is reported that the Fourth Hunan Youth Culture Festival, with the theme of “Youth, Strength and Dream”, was designed to further improve cultural accomplishment of the young and foster outstanding art professionals. Active participation and excellent performances in the contest fully displayed the vitality and artistic charms of HNUST students.
