On the afternoon of January 10th, experts from Hunan Provincial Education Department assessed and approved HNUST's Cooperative Demonstration Base of Civil Engineering Construction Technique.

        The experts concludes that the base has carried out researches and cooperations in an all-round way. Led by technology innovation and centering around new talent training mode along with transformation of scientific achievements, it actively served regional economic construction with fruitful accomplishments.

        This base is initiated by School of Civil Engineering and jointly constructed with the Third Engineering CO, LTD in Hunan Province. They spent more than 40 million Yuan within three years on building platforms such as the Structural Dynamics Laboratory, the Wind Tunnel Structure Laboratory and Research and Development Center of Provincial Enterprises.
