According to reports released by National Centre for Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation, Journal of HNUST (Social Science Edition) is awarded two honor-“The Most Popular Journal of NCPSSD from 2016 to 2021” and “The Most Popular Journal of Comprehensive Humanities and Social Science in 2021”.
According to the attention index of 2118 Chinese academic journals from 2016 to 2020 collected and released by NCPSSD, Journal of HNUST (Social Science Edition) ranks 22nd among journals of national universities and 2nd among journals of universities in Hunan Province.
In addition, NCPSSD has rated the most popular journals in 2020 by disciplines. Of the 58 most popular journals of comprehensive humanities and social science in 2020 Journal of HNUST (Social Science Edition) ranks 51st.
