Recently, Hunan University of Science and Technology (HNUST) has been selected as a Cooperative Institution of the “Leading Talent” Training Plan of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for enterprise management in 2024.

The “Leading Talent” Training program targets universities across the country that excel in science and engineering and have distinct competitive advantages in specific disciplines. It also partners with influential research institutes and industry organizations to select high-quality social partner institutions.The program aims to cultivate a strong talent team for enterprise management and establish a comprehensive talent building framework that includes entrepreneur training, enterprise cultivation and industrial chain integration. All these measures are designed to support the building of a high-quality talent team in enterprise management, enhance productive capabilities, facilitate industrial transformation, upgrade quality development, build a modern industrial system, and contribute to a new industrialization and national prosperity.

The training base was led by the Continuous Education College, with the School of Business and the School of Mechanical Engineering joining forces to secure their participation. Taking this as an opportunity, HNUST decides to partner with the Talent Exchange Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Together, they plan to develop a comprehensive curriculum system and launch training projects in innovative industrial fields, such as digital economy, enterprise management, as well as intelligent equipment.This collaboration aims to strength the talent poolin enterprise management.
