Two projects from HNUST have been selected by China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) as sample projects for the year 2023. The first project is titled "Tea Language and Tea Spirit: A Case Study on the Integration of Tea Culture and Mental Health Education," presented by Associate Professor Zhang Shanming from the School of Education. This project was chosen as the sample project for the theme of "Culture Heritage." The second case is titled "Translation Teaching of The Analects and Translation Ability Cultivation of Chinese Classics for MTI" presented byAssociate Professor Wang Hui from the School of Foreign Studies. Wang's project was awarded the sample project for the "Going Out" initiative. This is the first time that projects from HNUST have been chosen as sample projects by the CDGDC."
Since 2020, the CDGDC has been recognizing exemplary projects for three consecutive years, with the aim of providing innovative model projects for emulation. This initiative is designed to enhance graduate students training, promote teaching reforms, and facilitate the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experiences.
HNUST will continue to provide support to outstanding projects, promote the implementation of existing projects, and further advance the university's goals of excellence in graduate education.
