In order to improve the teaching level of rural teachers and enhance the executive ability of rural school management team, recently, accomplished teachers of Elementary Education and Teaching in Shenzhen and education disciplines of HNUST went to Sailing School in Qidong County to carry out the thematic activity "Teaching Aids· Teaching Diagnosis". Liu Yuwen, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of HNUST attended, a group of six famous teachers of Shenzhen Elementary Education and Teaching guided, and the heads of related units of HNUST and related personnel from Sailing School participated in the activity.

At the launching ceremony, Li Haiping, Dean of the School of Education of HNUST, said that relying on the Hunan Rural Education Reform and Development Research Base, our school's education disciplines have carried out a series of researches on rural education, focusing on the professional development of rural teachers and the growth of leftover children. Mr. Li looked forward to taking the activity as an opportunity to promote the cooperation between education disciplines and Hunan Lihong Education Technology Group Co., Ltd. in talent training, scientific research, and social services, so as to truly achieve co-construction and common prosperity.

Wang Zhenxin, on behalf of the teacher team of Shenzhen Elementary Education and Teaching, hoped that the activity could bring a brand-new experience of "teaching" and "learning" to teachers and leftover children in Sailing School, and provide guidance and help for leftover children to enjoy higher quality education.

Chen Liangwei, Chairman of Hunan Lihong Education Technology Group Co., Ltd., expressed his gratitude to HNUST for long-term care and support for Sailing School, and expressed his high appreciation and sincere admiration for the loving assistance of teachers of Shenzhen Elementary Education and Teaching. Ouyang Xingguo, Vice President of Sailing School in Qidong County, said that it was a great thing for HNUST to join hands with teachers of Shenzhen Elementary Education and Teaching to provide teaching aids, which would powerfully promote teachers’ teaching level and professional growth.

After the launching ceremony, the teachers of Shenzhen Elementary Education and Teaching watched the presentation class of 4 teachers from the Sailing School respectively. After class, Li Haiping, Dean of School of Education of HNUST, and Li Binghuang, Secretary of the Party Committee, conducted evaluation and exchanges on teaching with accomplished teachers from Shenzhen and teachers of Sailing School in Qidong County.

The teachers of Sailing School believed that the advanced educational concepts and novel teaching methods brought by the famous teachers have greatly broadened their horizons.

During the thematic activity, the awarding ceremony of the “Left-behind Children’s Psychological Development and Education” Hunan Postgraduate Training Innovation Base was also held, and the heads of relevant units of HNUST organized a symposium for alumni.
