Born in Changning, Hunan Province in 1975, Professor Guo Shiyin, male, is a Ph.D. and the member of the Communist Party of China. Previously, he was the Director of Party Committee Talent Office and of Personnel Service in Hunan Agricultural University.
His major research fields are food nutrition, nutrition of special population, food hygiene and other aspects. He has published more than 130 academic papers, of which more than 50 have been published with him being the first author or corresponding author. He has presided over or participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, won 4 provincial and ministerial teaching and scientific research awards, and published 2 monographs.
