Li Lin, female, born in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province in 1964, researcher, master supervisor. She is the member of the party committee and vice-president of HNUST. Previously she was vice chairman of the original Xiangtan Normal University’ political and teaching department, and the director of the principal office of HNUST.

　　As an expert of higher education management, she has been in charge of more than 10 Humanity Culture and Social Science fund’s projects of Ministry of Education and has published over 30 academic articles. She has also been awarded various prizes in higher education and management.
