HNUST's 2025 Autumn Sports Meeting Concludes Successfully

On the morning of November 5^th, HNUST's 2025 Autumn Sports Meeting successfully concluded at the First Athletic Field. University leaders including Vice President Liu Jianxun, University Party Committee Member and Vice President Wang Weijun, and University Party Committee Member and Vice President Zhou Zhihua attended the closing ceremony and presented awards to winning groups and individuals.

This year's sports meeting lasted two and a half days. While maintaining traditional summer events and the staff fun games, it also introduced opening ceremony performances by each school. On the field, athletes strive for excellence, challenged their limits, and broke numerous records, fulling demonstrating the Olympic spirit of "Faster, Higher, Stronger, Together." Off the field, teachers and students worked together to create a civilized, harmonious, and united atmosphere for the event.

During the closing ceremony, the final results were announced. In Student Group A, the School of Business delivered an outstanding performance, winning the overall championship as well as the men's and women's team titles. The School of Information and Electrical Engineering and the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering secured second and third respectively, in the overall team ranking. For the opening ceremony performances, the Lijinhui School of Music, the School of Business, and the School of Humanities won first prize. Eight schools, including the School of Resource, Environment and Safety Engineering, received the "Sportsmanship Award." In the staff "Unity Cup" fun games, the School of Business, the School of Geosciences and Spatial Informatics, and the School of Civil Engineering took the top three places.
