On November 21th, pre-job training teachers’ basic skills assessment and trial lecture organized by Teacher Development Center were held in Ligong Building, attended by Vice President Li Lin. A total of 48 teachers ，who received the pre-job training and applied for the university teacher qualification certificate this fall,participated in the assessment of teaching basic skills.
Mrs. Li put forward her requirements for the assessment work. Liao Wei, deputy director of the Teacher Development Center, exchanged opinions with evaluation experts on the assessment content, procedures, standards, methods and related arrangements before the assessment.
The content of the basic teaching skills assessment carried out this time was divided into four aspects: teaching plan design, courseware production, lecture interview and trial lecture. Two first prize winners, three second prize winners and five third prize winners will be selected from all those who passed the assessment and have excellent grades, which will be viewed as an important basis for selecting outstanding trainees for pre-job training.
