Several days ago, the print Keeping up with Dreams created by Professor Lin was selected for the 9th Beijing International Art Biennale, which featured the theme of “The Light of Life”. Based on the artistic perspective, the Biennale showcases the Olympic spirit and the idea of People’s Olympics, fostering a Winter Olympic atmosphere in Beijing. The work fully embodies artistic character and the spirit of innovation, which vividly celebrates the significance of “The Light of Life”. The s-shaped composition is magnificent, indicating the calm athlete is aiming at the bullseye and the dream in the print.

The National Youth Arts Exhibition, held every three years, is a comprehensive exhibition in China, second only to the National Exhibition of Fine Arts. The 7th National Youth Fine Arts Exhibition includes lots of art forms such as Chinese painting, sculpture, watercolor and pastel. Among the selected works, there are 50 works directly qualified for the exhibition areas of the 14th National Exhibition of Fine Arts, of which only 2 works are from Hunan Province.

As a platform for contemporary international cultural exchange on art, the Beijing Biennale is an important means of global art exchanges and mutual learning. Due to its strong influence and cross-border effect, the Beijing Biennale has become a popular exhibition mode in the international art circle and is known as "the world's largest international art Biennale focusing on painting and sculpture". In terms of its orientation, the biennial focuses on its internationality, highlighting the exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign arts.

These two exhibitions mentioned above will be held in Zhejiang Exhibition Hall and National Art Museum of China recently, and they are now touring around the country.
