On May 16th, a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between HNUST and Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences was held in Qingdao. Liu Deshun, president of HNUST and Wang Hui, deputy director of IOCAS, signed at the ceremony in seeking for the cooperation and strategic partnership in various fields, such as marine hi-tech development and equipment, innovation in marine science and technology and talent training in marine hi-tech.
